The cucumber is alright and essential to make Japanese or Korean sushi roll, but the skin can be bit tough. However, it always rotten really quick and unable to see as they wrapped in the plastic. And honestly it is not good for the environment for the package.

Nice fresh crunchy cucumber nice tasting. can eat alone or with dips and cheese add to sandwiches.

The cucumber wasn’t good in this instance it was brownish throughout and had to dispose of a fair part of it.
