Pretty nice sponge cakes, a bit expensive but I got them on clearance. I made them into a 2 layer cake with Oreo icing in the middle and chocolate ganache on top. Even after best before date they are still moist so definitely recommend.

This nice, soft and delicious sponge cake is my granddaughter 's favourite. She looks forward to it upon her return from school. No need to add any cream. Eat on its own. So easy to make it into a birthday cake by adding fruit eg strawberries and fresh cream.
