these cakes are excellent for a three tier cream cake with strawberries and pudding. I like to cream the outside of them as well with icing.

Pretty nice sponge cakes, a bit expensive but I got them on clearance. I made them into a 2 layer cake with Oreo icing in the middle and chocolate ganache on top. Even after best before date they are still moist so definitely recommend.
