I’ve been buying Woolworths frozen blueberries for a while now and they’re honestly a staple in my freezer. The biggest plus is convenience — they’re always ready to go for smoothies, yoghurt, or baking, especially when fresh berries are expensive or out of season.

I like the frozen blueberries from Woolworths. I like how I can purchase in bulk. I use it for yogurts, smoothies and snacks. It is more affordable than fresh blueberries.

Great topping for smoothies or oats. They blend easily and turn creamy icy when they do. Of course depending on the season they may be a bit sweeter or sour- overall a great staple if you want to add more fruits to your meals without worrying about them spoiling too quickly
