this is Woolworths own brand frozen salmon fillets. there are two vacuum packed in plastic salmon portions inside. the salmon portions are very similar in size and shape. always the chunky salmon fillet part, not the the thinner tail end of the fillet. the vacuum packed fillets need to be cut open, no easy tear
