I would have given 5 stars but the size of these fillets are certainly very small and the whole box would feed only one person. Salmon has become quite expensive so it’s a cheaper alternative to buying fresh from the seafood deli but you’d certainly have to make these with something else that’s filling, potatoes, vegetables, rice and salad! They’re good quality and have no issues with cooking, taste or having anything that needs to be removed however as I mentioned, very small serving size!
