Fantastic value for money and works a charm in the kitchen. Honestly I don’t really notice any difference between the more expensive flours and this.. if you use it well, it will work out just the way you plan! Sometimes more expensive doesn’t mean there’s going to be a major difference! Perhaps in the quality there may be something I’m missing but personally found this flour to work just fine with all my recipes!
