I’ve been using Armada Baking Paper (the 15m roll, 30cm wide) for a few months now, mostly for roasting veggies, baking cookies, and lining trays for things like chicken wings or pastries. It’s the Woolworths home brand one, so super affordable, and I’ve gone through a couple of rolls already. Pros: • Really good value — cheap compared to fancier brands like Glad or Multix, but it does the job for everyday baking without any major issues. • Non-stick works decently for most things; roasted potatoes and veggies slide off easily, no greasing needed. Cookies and biscuits release fine too as long as they’re not super sticky doughs. • The paper feels sturdy and doesn’t tear easily when pulling from the roll or folding it over food. • No weird smell or taste transfer to food — it’s neutral and does what it’s supposed to. • Oven-safe up to high temps (I’ve used it at 200°C+ without problems). Cons: • It’s a bit on the shiny/slippery side sometimes — a few times my cookie dough spread more than usual and edges ran together a little. Not a deal-breaker, but if you’re doing delicate shapes, maybe go for a less slick brand. • Not the absolute best non-stick I’ve tried; for really gooey or sugary things (like meringues or caramel-based stuff), you might get a tiny bit of sticking if not careful. Nothing like full-on ruining a batch, though. • The roll can be a tad waxy-feeling on some batches, but it hasn’t affected the end result noticeably. Overall, for the price, it’s a solid everyday choice if you’re not a pro baker needing perfection every time. Great for casual home use — I’ve repurchased it and will keep doing so unless I find something dramatically better on special. Definitely worth grabbing if you’re after budget-friendly baking paper that gets most jobs done reliably. 5 stars — reliable, cheap, and hassle-free for daily kitchen needs! 🍪
