always fresh light and delicious we buy these croissants at least 2 times per week. they taste good cold and hot half the family eats them before they go in the oven other half likes them cooked nice and crispy. great with a little bit of organic salted butter fresh out of the oven. They are light and flaky with a crunch on the outside and buttery light dough on the inside pulls apart like fairy floss it’s so light.
