The Woolworths branded ground cloves are very well priced and does taste quite nice. We generally use it in the Vietnamese Pho soup.

Ground cloves have such a warm, rich flavour—I only need a tiny pinch and it completely transforms a dish. I mostly use it in baking or spiced drinks, and it always reminds me of Christmas. Definitely a spice I like to keep in the cupboard for special recipes.
