Woolworths Lactose Free Lite Long Life Milk is a really handy one to keep in the cupboard. It tastes pretty much like regular milk but a bit lighter, and no issues if you’re lactose sensitive. Great for cereal, tea, coffee, or just having on standby when you run out of fresh milk. Being long life means it lasts ages unopened, which is super convenient. It’s slightly sweeter than normal milk (which is pretty common for lactose free), but still really easy to drink.  A good everyday option that’s practical and does the job. 🥛✨

Not bad at all for UHT milk. It is the only one my kids drinks. A little on the sweet side for me, but once you get used to the taste I wouldn’t see there being an issue. This milk doesn’t upset her tummy at all! Good value for money!

Perfect to have in the pantry at all times and pretty good value. I actually love the taste of long life milk, it has a slight sweetness which lactose free milk also has anyways, perfect for cups of tea.

the Woolworths free from brand of lactose lite milk is my go to as it is the most cost effective available. it tastes like normal milk and is good to put in coffees and cereal and everything in between

This milk is perfectly okay and does the job, but there’s nothing particularly special about it. The taste and quality are consistent and what you’d expect from standard milk, making it fine for everyday use in coffee, cereal, and cooking. That said, the recent price increase over the past month or so makes it feel less good value than it used to be. It’s still acceptable, but with the higher cost, it doesn’t really stand out compared to other options on the shelf.

I purchase this brand of lactose free milk because its the cheapest. I use it in my coffee mostly but the flavour is good if you are using it on cereal or drinking it straight.

this is my favourite lactose free milk of all the stores. though it is very sweet with 12g sugar per cup. but it’s easy to use in coffee and just cut back on the added sugars.
