As someone who is lactose intolerant, this is a great option to still get the taste of full cream milk. I use this milk in baking and also in cereal. my household also really enjoy it and don’t taste a difference between normal milk and lactose free milk.

I like woolworths lactose free milk, taste sweet and price is affordable. I didn't have stomach ache after consuming it which is good for me. I use it for cooking too.

Some family members need lactose free milk and this is my favourite. The quality and taste seem similar to the other pricier brands and it’s great this is UHT

when baking I use this as an alternative to cows milk, easy on the stomach and can have on hand as this is long life milk. when a recipe asks for one cup milk, I measure one cup of woolworths free from lactose full cream milk as a substitute.

For a long life milk that is kept in the cupboard the Woolworths brand is a keeper. No nasty ingredients, just the milk and taste delicious. It is easy on the tummy if you have issues with lactose as it is lactose free.

The Woolworths free from lactose milk is a great option. If you can’t have lactose it’s made in Australia from at least 99% Australian ingredients which I also really like it is an exceptionally good price being the Woolworths brand. It is considerably cheaper than some other brands.
