Perfect for cooking, hot chocolates, cold milk, cakes. Cheep and great coz you can store in the panty so you never have to run out of milk.

This lactose-free milk tastes sweeter than normal milk which is amazing because it tastes great and can also sweeten up some of the dishes that I add it to. This milk has also been the only milk that my stomach can tolerate so I would definitely recommend it to anyone that has lactose intolerance.

Really good value when compared to the price of other name brand lactose free milks... ... I've also checked the nutrition information on the box and it actually has less sugar and more fats/proteins than the other brands of similar price. I definitely recommend this product.
