Fantastic price at $2. It’s affordable for families and it has a great taste. I do have to add some tomato paste for a bit more flavour, but I use tomato paste a lot so I always have it on hand. This sauce is popular and it’s sometimes sold out so I buy 2 jars when I remember.

It’s a nice sauce for a cheap brand but nice enough to use for spaghetti or lasagne, we use it at my work all the time and the kids love it so I’m glad it’s affordable and tasty.

Woolworths brand pasta sauce. Two varieties are available. Regular and vegetable. The regular is definitely the best. It's quite thick so you need to add some water if you plan on letting it simmer. This one has a nice flavour and is popular with my fussy son.

we always buy this when we need to cook more spaghetti at home. at 700 grams, it compliments our 1 kilo spaghetti recipe really well. a real value for money

As a family we were very happy with this Pasta Sauce! We have a Potato Gnocchi recipe that calls 700mls of Pasta Sauce so this was great for that. It has a sweetness the kids loved but also some tartness so a nice mixture of flavours. It isn’t at all spicy so was family friendly. We added Potato Gnocchi, Capsicum, Chorizo, Parsley and Water to it and we Pressure Cooked it so there would be no reason it couldn’t have Mince etc added to it for a Spaghetti Bolognaise. May just be a little too runny and ingredient sparse compared to some others in this range of products, however, the price is exceptional! This will now become a staple on our grocery list, especially when budgeting!
