The icecream is quite creamy, a good smooth texture. There is boysenberry syrup on top as well as a small amount through the icecream. I did find it a bit sweet, but my husband thoroughly enjoyed this flavour. There was also chocolate on top and in the bottom of the cone which added a nice crunch.
