Great quality Sweet Potato's that are delicious roasted with herbs and spices or even cooked and mashed for a mash with a lamb shanks.

This sweet potato was delicious for dinner. I bought just one from the shops to try it out and it was so easy to prepare. I cut them into thick slices, seasoned and baked in the oven. they could have turned out more crispy so I’ll try a different method next time.
