This type of potato, is my new favourite. I tend to roast them. They become crunchy on the outside and sweet n soft on the inside. Love them to pieces.

We love these sweet potatoes. They are great either mashed or roasted. You can cook them peeled or unpeeled. Always at a competitive price.
