Woolworths sweet potato mini gold these are lovely sweet potatoes and they’re a perfect size. If you only wanna do one without the big large ones. I often buy the mini ones because I find them very handy to as if the family comes over for dinner they can all have one each and it looks nice on the plate, especially if you add vegetables on top.
