pretty consistently good sweet potatoes from woolies, prepackets there's a bit of packaging doesn't need to be there, bit nice firm large sweet potatoes, I mainly choose the ones are easy to peel i.e More round, roast them mash them use them in your Sunday roasts or even in salads, top tip make chips out of them.
