Photo Review of Woolworths Sweet Potato Mini Gold Prepacked

Despite the look of sweet potatoes they are actually great. An odd shaped vegetable but quite delicious. I use mine to peel and boil, then turning into mash which makes for a smooth and creamy texture when mashed well with butter and a dash of milk. Sweet potato pairs well with other vegetables and many other dinner or lunch meals. I often use them to make jacket potatoes also or on top of savoury mince. Sweet potatoes are good for you and reasonable price to buy also, whilst being in stock a plenty in large supermarkets. I do think they are worth a try and a good staple for the home/meals. 5 stars!
