These prepackaged mini sweet potatoes are perfect for so many dishes! Always fresh, they last and don’t start to sprout super quickly. I love this baked skin on then stuffed for the perfect sized sweet potato jacket. They also roast up well and are great in soups and even gnocchi. Much less waste too, when compared to the giant varieties.
