I like eating airfry zucchini recently. Just add some olive oil, salt, black pepper and paprika powder into sliced zucchini and airfry at 200°C for 10min. Or try Chinese style stir-fry chicken and zucchini.

These are meant to be “imperfect” zucchinis but they are usually quite good quality and budget friendly. I never buy the standard zucchini when these are available.

I’ve always been impressed by the ‘odd bunch’ range. The quality is terrific & great value for money. These zucchini are fresh, only with a few ‘imperfections’ on the skin, which doesn’t impact the taste whatsoever.
