they’re OK, it’s just a zucchini. I just don’t like that. There is a plastic wrapping. Also, I find the non-organic vegetables, have a waxy coating to prevent them from spoiling too quickly. That is really unhealthy to consume, and if you peel the zucchini, you lose the nutritional property of the peel.

As far as vegetables go, I really like zucchinis like these Odd Bunch Zany Zucchinis from Woolworths. l use them as a side vegetable in meals such as homemade chicken schnitzel, and they are also great in recipes such as zucchini slice. You can slice them, dice them, grate them and even stuff them. The Odd Bunch ones are cheaper and usually just as good as the more expensive ones.
