The Odd Bunch Zuchinni Prepacked is great value for money as it is considerably cheaper than buying the large loose zuchinnis. Zuchinni is high in fibre, vitamins, and minerals which aid digestion and also help to remove toxins from the body. Zuchinni is such a versatile vegetable with high levels of antioxidants. It can be incorporated into the diet in many various recipes and it also can be used topically in face masks which contribute to a more clearer and healthier skin leaving it soft and supple. it is ideal for adding moisture to the hair preventing it from dryness. These Zuchinnis would have to be one of, if not, my favourite vegetable and the whole family loves it when i cook Stuffed Zuchinni with Bechamel Sauce.
