great for cooking sweet ir savoury dishes. Italian light option with the same flavour as full fat cream. only negative is that it does not whip.

such a tasty and delicious thickened cream that has all the flavour but with less calories being light ! this can be whipped up into a dessert topping or made into hearty meal like soup or curried sausages

using to cook with, will be added to a pie sauce. hoping it helps it to thicken up and is slightly healthier than the full cream version. good they come in varying sizes too.
