The pros about this celery is it’s already chopped and prepared so it saves me time when I get home. I don’t have to cut the base and leaves off myself and wash the dirt off before using. It’s easy to put straight in the fridge and grab a stick when needed. And the best of all is it’s organic so it has no nasty chemicals on it. The cons of it is it’s not as fresh as a bunch and comes with plastic packaging which is not able to be recycled. It’s also much more expensive than conventional celery.
