I bought these Help@Hand hay fever relief tablets as I had been impressed by their ibuprofen tablets for a low price, and these were similarly low priced in comparison to other brands. It is claimed that they provide 24-hour relief from hay fever symptoms including sneezing, among others. Unfortunately, the day after I took one before going to bed, I developed frequent sneezing attacks that had not been present before. I will try one again next time I have symptoms of hay fever, but I can’t say I was terribly impressed on my first use of this product.
