This rice is very fragrant , perfect for fried rice or just steamed rice. convenient 1kg bag with a resealable sticky tape at the opening. The pack also has a suggested recipe for red chicken curry, which l have tried. Turned out perfect. The instructions on the pack how to cook the rice are easy to follow for great tasting rice
