Versatile and tasty when cooked but I do find it a bit too fatty for lean pork. I would not have considered it to be lean.

Good pork. Cooks up well with not to much liquid coming out. Add a sauce and veg and it is a quick meal

This mince has a nice flavour and is very versatile for use in dinner dishes like San chow bow and pork rissoles. Will be buying this again.
