it’s lean so less fat. taste good and fresh. nice to eat with noodles, meatballs, dumplings and steamed. everything is good but would like if the price was a bit lower. you have to pay more for lean meat. the packet size is good. you can divide into two meals

My wife use this a a base for her meatballs in tomato sauce, in the oven with a load of cheese melted over the top its tasty.
