Review of Woolworths Lean Pork Mince

This pork mince from Woolies is a great option if you want lean protein that is easy to season and cook with. I liked that it's 100% Australian pork with nothing added. At $6/pack, it is not as cheap as Aldi but the taste is good. I used the pork in a variety of ways, from putting them in dumplings to steaming them as a pork patty. My favorite recipe is to cook this with basil, shallots, garlic and chili, a popular thai dish and served it with piping hot rice. Sure to go for seconds!
