We bought this white soft high-fibre bread for the first time. It is nutritious and very soft, but I would not recommend it for making toast. The texture becomes a bit strange when toasted, and it tends to produce a lot of crumbs.

My go to bread. I always get the high fibre to help fulfill daily fibre intake along with the added minerals and protein. It's almost always soft, I have gotten some stale ones, but with woolworths 100% satisfaction guarantee, I can always just return the loan or have it replaced. Great for just about everything from sandwiches to toast to dipping in soups.
