Most of the time the bread is soft and you can keep it for a longer time than the expiry date. I think the hi fibre one is much much softer and tastier than the normal bread.

Actually got the wholemeal one, I usually get a different brand but since that wasn’t in stock I chose this one which was actually a lot cheaper and tastes the same.
