really fluffy and soft bread. tastes great and lasts a week in the fridge. though I would say after day 4 the bread is better for toast than fresh

The texture was too dense and didn’t stay soft for long. It also had a slightly odd aftertaste. Not the best option if you like fresh, fluffy bread.
