Better than the high fat version, easy too cook and good amount

Great value mince. We used it in burgers but it was very greasy. Needed to drain the fat out of the pan multiple times. Flavour was good though and the burgers were juicy. Wouldn’t be a good mince to use in lean recipes like for Mexican mince.
