Great mince for a bolognese. I always buy the Woolworths mince as it is high quality but reasonably priced compared to competitors. I use this and pork mince to make the most incredible bolognese. Great value. The only con is that Aldi sells cheaper meat but it is not as high quality.

I purchased this beef mince to make mexican mince for tacos and also bolognaise sauce. i like the packaging as the mince stays nice and fresh and all the liquids sit in the bottom grooves so the mince doesnt go yucky. slightly more fatty than i would usually purchase or like but trying to reduce my grocery spend.
