The meat was a nice colour. When cooked it broke up nicely however there was a lot of fat in the meat.

this mince is pumped with so much water! i am always shocked when i cook up woolies mince at how little actual meat remains after cooking. i havent had this issue with coles mince. on the plus side, it does taste good, just is not good value for money.
