The Woolworths beef seems good quality - there comes alot of water when you're frying but that's expected when it's 18% fat. It turns into Lasagne very nicely

I regularly buy Woolworths beef mince and overall, it’s a solid option—great value for the price and easy to cook with. The flavor is rich, and it works well in everything from spaghetti bolognese to tacos. That said, it is noticeably on the fatty side. You do get quite a bit of oil in the pan while cooking, so it might not be ideal if you're after a leaner mince or watching your fat intake. Draining the excess fat helps, but it’s something to be aware of.
