My husband and I can be a little fussy when it comes to meat, particularly beef but enjoy this lean beef mince. It’s got the perfect amount of fat in it that when used to make burgers or rissoles they stay moist but it’s not so fatty that it leaches oil when cooking. Great quality too! I rarely see any gristle which is always a plus. Great value too, this serves my husband and I 4 meals.
