This is a great cut of meat that makes this mince. There is enough fat in it to be able to render nicely, add flavour and use in your dishes

The good point is yhe price but it is very faty. I was making bolognese and I was surprised that ther is so much fat. I didn't think 18% would be that faty but it is. What you pay is what you get.
