Very versatile. Used in pasta sauces and taco meat. Price has increased significantly, such as most things at Woolworths and Coles. A necessity but price gouged unfortunately.

Good value in the 1kg pack. This was the lean mince so 10% fat but still quite oily so wouldn’t want to think how bad the regular mince goes!
