this mince was a little fatty, which made it extra greasy. It was a hit for my family who enjoyed the burgers I made but for me I like the meat to be leaner. The taste was consistent throughout and the meat held well together.

unfortunately a lot of water content in this mince so once you pan fry it to cook the meat content has reduced so much. alright meat though for the budget conscience
