I had this given to me as a substitute for lean mince and it was absolutely disgusting. It smelt and tasted so fatty. I ended up throwing it in the bin as it made me feel ill.

I like my mince not so lean. it has more flavour. I can do so very much with mince. my easy favourite in Minchee ( google it) sometimes I use pork, or chicken too.
