All beef & less fat. mince would last my family around 2 weeks . Great for burgers & Bolngnaise. Good price.under $7 only wish it was not wrapped in plastic tray around 2 weeks

Such a great mince a decent blend of lean meat/fat. So highly versatile great for burger patties,meat balls, Bolognese etc. Lasts a good few months in the freezer. Cooks reasonably quickly has good flavour to it with out paying to much
