Beef mince woolworths is very fresh in its package. There's so many recipes I can use the mince for. I usually take burger patties,I add chopped onions, parsley, salt and pepper and eggs, pies,rissoles, tacos,. It's australian beef mince, doesn't have much fat which is good. Very convenient and versatile
