I purchase this when marked down or on special and freeze. The cost of mince has gone up so much. I usually make chilli con carne, burger patties or bolognaise sauce. I like the fact that there is less fat.

Minced beef is a staple here for many meals. This one contains less fat than others. This packet cost $19 and I will add TVP textured vegetable protein to make it go further. TVP has the same consistency as mince and takes on flavour.
