Was very happy to get this as a substitute for the regular mince I had actually ordered, without having to pay anything extra. This meat is fairly good quality as far as I can tell, and it's Australian which is pretty good. On a side note, 10% fat is pretty high for 'lean' food, compared to other products that have less than 1% fat, but I don't know much about how meat is prepared and sold.
