They are tart when firm and become sweeter as they ripen.How to Pick:Look for stone fruit with smooth & firm skin with a sweet aroma. They should give a little when gently pressed and feel slightly heavy for their size.How to Store:Store stone fruit out of direct sunlight, at room temperature. Avoid keeping them in the fridge for a long period of time as this will cause chilling damage.
