I used the pineapple slices in juice, and they were really handy to have. The slices were firm and not mushy, with a nice balance of sweetness and tanginess. Because they’re packed in juice instead of heavy syrup, they tasted fresher and not overly sweet, which I liked. I had them straight from the tin as a snack and also added a few rings on top of a homemade pizza, and they held their shape well while baking. Great for quick desserts, fruit salads, or just eating on their own – simple and versatile.
