these cheese are valuable compared to buying block cheeses. I like that they are individually wrapped as it makes it perfect for lunchboxes and keeps them from drying out. as we don’t eat a lot of cheeses most of the time block cheeses will go dry and mouldy quickly. they have a yummy taste and texture compared to some plastic cheeses.
